License Renewal FAQs

AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, BUT NO LATER "THEN NOVEMBER 1, 2023. "
If your completed renewal application is not received by November 1, 2023, your terminal may be disabled by Lottery until it is received.

No copies will be allowed. The NJ Lottery will only accept an original application form or an online submitted form. If you lost your form, please call the numbers listed below.

Contact your Lottery Sales Representative, notify him/her of this change, and complete the necessary Change of Ownership paperwork.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTIFY LOTTERY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO AVOID HAVING YOUR TERMINAL DISABLED.

If the closing has not taken place yet, all current owners must complete the renewal and submit to Lottery by November 1, 2019.

YES! BEFORE THE ONLINE RENEWAL IS SUBMITTED (LAST PAGE) TO LOTTERY, THERE IS A PRINT ICON ON THE TOP RIGHT. PLEASE MAKE A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS.

This will be a good reference for completing future renewal applications if no changes have occurred and assist Lottery if the renewal application is not received

License Certificates will be delivered by your NORTHSTAR Sales Representative within 6-8 weeks of License Renewal Application approval.
