Frequently Asked Questions About Million Dollar Replay

Million Dollar Replay allows VIP Club members to enter eligible, non-winning Scratch-Offs into quarterly second chance drawings for a chance to be selected as one (1) of four-hundred (400) semi-finalists who win a $250 prize and entry into the yearly Grand Prize Drawing for a chance to win one (1) of fifteen (15) prizes ranging from $10,000 up to $1,000,000.

The first thing you should do is check to make sure the Scratch-Offs game you are trying to enter is listed on the Eligible Games table for Million Dollar Replay.  If it is one of the Eligible Games and you are still receiving the error message, make sure you are entering the correct serial number. The correct serial number is the 14-digit number located under the latex covering in the play area of each ticket. When entering the serial number, do not include the "dash.".  If you are you are still receiving an error message, email an image of the ticket with all the latex removed from the play area and both serial numbers clearly visible to vipclub@njlottery.com with an explanation of the type of problem you are having so that we can look into the issue.

Send an email to vipclub@njlottery.com and let us know what problem you are experiencing. We will assist you via return email. The more details you can provide about your problem, the better chance we will have of quickly resolving the problem.

First, check your list of previously submitted entries on the MY ENTIRES tab on the Million Dollar Replay webpage to make sure that the ticket has not already been entered by you. If it is not on your list of entries, email us at vipclub@njlottery.com as soon as possible. Please include an image of any tickets for which you received the "already been entered" message, and we will advise you of next steps.

We see this as leveling the playing field.  Every day we strive to ensure the integrity of all our games and promotions, including Million Dollar Replay (MDR).  Unfortunately, some MDR participants actively search for other participants’ discarded Scratch-Off tickets, and in the past they have submitted thousands of codes into MDR.  We are also aware that if a player purchases thousands of dollars in Lottery tickets per month, then this may be a strong indication of a problem gambling issue.  As a World Lottery Association certified Level 4 member, we want to curb potential problem gambling.  If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please have them call the Problem Gambling toll-free hotline at 1-800-GAMBLER.

Frequently Asked Questions About Collect 'N Win

You can collect symbols on your smartphone, tablet or computer. On your smartphone or tablet, you can visit the website or you can download the Collect 'N Win app and then you can scan the barcode on your eligible Draw Game ticket. Or, you can enter your Draw Game ticket number by visiting the Collect 'N Win website. Symbols will be awarded for each eligible ticket number. When you collect all six symbols on any of the game cards, you will earn one entry into the next eligible drawing. Non-winning entries will not carry over from drawing to drawing. Visit the login page to select your lottery and register to play.

Collect ‘N Win prizes are described in the official Collect ‘N Win Game Rules.

An eligible ticket is any valid, non-canceled $1+ New Jersey Lottery Draw Game ticket (i.e. Pick-3, Pick-4, Jersey Cash 5, Pick-6, Mega Millions, Powerball, Fast Play, CASH4LIFE, Quick Draw, CASH POP and any such Draw Game which becomes active during the promotional period) and entered within sixty (60) days of purchase during the promotional period.

According to section III.6 in the Collect ‘N Win Game Rules, "Participants will be limited to a combined value of $75 of Eligible Draw Game Ticket Entries per 24-hour period during the Promotional Period."  Please consider this limit and time your entries accordingly to allow enough days before each draw deadline to enter all your tickets.  The New Jersey Lottery reserves the right to limit the number of entries any one individual may enter during a twenty-four-hour period or other given time period.

Symbols are awarded at a ratio of 1 to $1 dollar of ticket value. A minimum $1 purchase price is necessary to generate a symbol. So if you purchase a $20 Draw Game ticket, you will get 20 random symbols from that single ticket. The symbols will be randomly selected from the 6 available and placed randomly on any of the 4 open gamecards. Duplicate symbols are added to the next available card until all 4 cards are covered by that symbol. If any symbol is occupying a space on all four cards, it will not be generated again until one of those spaces opens up again. Spaces are opened after a card has been filled with all 6 symbols and converted into an entry.

Single tickets do not constitute a drawing 'entry' -- entries are generated after a six symbol card is completed. Each ticket entered or scanned will randomly generate symbols and that will be placed on the next available space in any of your game cards.

The scanner is sensitive to light. Try to move the ticket into a lighter room. Also place the ticket on a flat surface, rather than holding it in your hand, to avoid movement or shaking of the image. If the barcode is smudged, damaged or otherwise illegible, it could affect the registration of the scan. If that is the case, enter the ticket number manually.

If you don't have a smartphone or tablet you can manually enter your ticket numbers by visiting the Collect 'N Win webpage on the New Jersey Lottery website.

No. You are not required to retain your tickets. However, all entries are subject to validation and may be disqualified if eligibility requirements are not met.

You can log into your VIP Club account from a public computer at your local library. Just remember to log out after you are finished using a public computer. If you have a smartphone, you can enter via the browser on the phone or download the app from the app store.

While the lottery does offer promotions from time to time that do not require a computer, the Collect 'N Win Promotion requires players to enter their ticket numbers using a smartphone, tablet or a computer.

Use the 19-digit ticket number found at the bottom of the ticket just below and to the right of the long barcode. You can manually enter that 19-digit number (without dashes) on the website or you can scan the barcode with the mobile app.

A player and their household may win one $500 or $5,000 prize during the Promotional Period.

No, New Jersey Lottery retailers are not eligible to participate. Any individual residing in the same household as an active New Jersey Lottery retailer shall be disqualified.

Winners will be notified via email from support@collectwin.com and posted on the website. Please allow four to six weeks for prize fulfillment. Winners will have 30 days to return the required forms before forfeiting their prize.
